Even though Leatherworks products are made to the highest standards, our products are not indestructible. Therefore, our guarantee does not cover any product damage that may result from normal wear and tear, misuse or abuse.

Leatherworks Repair Policy

We are happy to provide repair service for our merchandise. However, repairs are handled on a case-by-case basis and are subject to approval. There is a minimum $20 handling charge for any repair, with the exception of work to repair a manufacturing defect.
